Enrichment Marketing Toolkit

Purpose

This toolkit is designed to make it easy for your school to promote Baroody Camps’ enrichment programs.
Inside, you’ll find:

• Pre-designed graphics for social media and print

• Ready-to-use captions with customizable fields

• Branding guidelines to keep all promotions consistent and recognizable

If you have any question about how to use this toolkit or would like to suggest some updates/revisions please email our Marketing Manager, Evan Taylor, at Marketing@baroodycamps.com.

How to Use This Kit

1. Download or Edit Each Image

   • Each graphic in this folder can be downloaded and posted as-is.

   • You may also edit the text or add your school’s logo if needed (please keep Baroody branding intact).

2. Pair Images with Captions

   • Each image has a matching caption provided in the attached captions document.

   • Copy and paste the caption when posting to your school’s social media or website.

3. Fill in the Missing Details

   • Look for placeholders in parentheses (e.g., (School Name), (Registration Link), (Open Date), (Close Date), (Contact Info)).

   • Replace them with your specific school/program information before posting.

4. Posting Tips

   • Post at least once per week leading up to registration opening.

   • Use “1 Week Until Registration” and “1 Day Until Registration” posts to create urgency.

   • On registration day, use the “Registration is Open” post early in the morning.

   • Share the “Benefits” and “Parent Testimonial” posts in between to keep interest high.

• Headlines: Bold Sans Serif (Montserrat Bold or similar)

Tone of Voice

• Friendly, positive, and encouraging

• Focus on benefits to the child and ease for parents

• Use active language (e.g., “Don’t miss out,” “Grab your spot,” “Join us”)

Photo Use Guidelines

Baroody Camps’ images are provided for use in promoting our after-school enrichment programs at (School Name) through your school’s official communication channels. Please follow these guidelines to ensure consistent branding and proper use.

How to Download Photos

• On a computer: Control + Click (Mac) or Right Click (PC) on the image and select “Save Image As” to download.

• On a mobile device: Press and hold on the image until options appear, then select “Save to Photos” or “Download Image.”

Where You Can Use These Photos

• School social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc.)

• School newsletters and emails

• School website

• Flyers, posters, or digital signage promoting Baroody Camps programs

Usage Requirements

1. Baroody Branding:

   • Do not crop out the Baroody Camps logo when it appears in the image.

   • If adding text or graphics to the image, keep them clear and not covering faces or key content.

2. Edits:

   • You may resize, adjust brightness, or crop for size as long as the focus of the image remains intact.

   • Avoid adding filters or heavy edits that change the look and feel of the photo.

3. Photo Release Compliance:

   • All images provided have been approved for marketing use by Baroody Camps.

   • Do not use other photos of students unless they are provided by Baroody Camps or approved for release.

4. Attribution:

   • When posting to social media, tag or mention @BaroodyCamps (Instagram & Facebook) when possible.
