In 2022, Baroody Camps partnered with Enrichment Matters, furthering their mission to provide high-quality programs to local communities. She has since made Northern Virginia her home with her husband, son and dog, and has worked in several hospitality management positions since graduation. She has worked with Baroody Camps since 2015 which has allowed her to show her talents as a leader and a visionary, helping pair passionate instructors and their great programs with enthusiastic children. Beth is excited to have the opportunity to help Baroody Camps continue to grow and reach more students with each new season.
Andrew Baroody (Assistant Director of Programs)
Andrew joined Baroody Camps during the summer of 2022, previously working as a middle school Spanish teacher, and prior to that working in Mexico at a home for orphaned and abandoned children of all ages.
Loves observing how all of our instructors and counselors engage and connect with our kids, or instructing classes himself. "I'm always energized by the kids' energy, whether goofing around with them or sharing in their aha! moments."
He love sports, singing, and is pretty sure he's a bigger Tolkien fan than you.
Joshua Darville - HR MAnager
Josh has been with Baroody Camps for about a year and a half, bringing experience in HR, Finance, and Executive Leadership since graduating college four years ago.
They love their role at Baroody Camps because HR provides the opportunity to interact and connect with staff, schools, and vendors on both a personal and professional level. One of the biggest motivators in their role is being part of a team—collaborating with others and celebrating collective success.
Outside of work, they have a passion for basketball, both playing and coaching. They currently coach domestically and abroad in Albania, sharing their love for the game with athletes around the world.
