TECH TIPS:

If you have not used this system previously, you must create an account. Click on "new family," enter the requested information and sign up. You can use this account each time you register your child, any session.

  • The registration button will not be active until the registration period opens.

  • **We strongly recommend using Google Chrome**

  • For any issues, please try refreshing the page, clearing your cache/cookies.

  • If you are experiencing issues while registering, please email us at info@baroodycamps.com for assistance.

    REGISTRATION TIPS:

Families can register for an individual program OR register for multiple classes for more than one student. See the step by step instructions below. Happy registering!

To register, click the session tab.

  1. Scroll half way down page and select "click here to register" button.

  2. If you do not already have a Jumbula account, select "new family" and enter information to create an account.

  3. If you already have a Jumbula account, select "already a member" and enter information to log in.

  4. Select desired class(es) then hit the "continue" button

  5. Select a new participant or existing participant for the selected class(es) and enter requested information.

  6. Once all required fields are completed, select "continue."

  7. Read and complete the waivers and select "continue."

  8. **If you would like to register another student, hit button "select classes for a new participant" at the top right hand corner AND repeat steps #1-7.

  9. Select payment method and hit "place order."

  10. Payment: Select "pay with a credit or debit card" or select "Financial Aid" if you are applying for financial aid.

  11. Enter all information, continue through payment prompts and hit "return" to Jumbula.

  12. Once registration has been complete, you should receive a successful registration message and an automated confirmation email.

GENERAL PROGRAM QUESTIONS:

  • Research shows that Enrichment Programs improve education by fostering development and curiosity in children. It gives them access to opportunities that enhance their learning or ignite a passion and helps to develop confidence and improve social skills from a very early age. 

  • Students of the school where Enrichment programs are held.

  • Any class that applies to your child’s current grade.

  • Click on the class name for more information including the class description, participant grades, price and dates.

  • Classes are held before or after school on site.

  • Please refer to the schedule on the season's tab.

  • Baroody Camps partners with a variety of local Providers, Instructors and Teachers to provide quality enrichment programs to students.

  • Yes! Select the “join the waitlist” button and follow the prompts and complete your registration form. If a spot opens up, we will email families.

  • Not all schools allow late registrations, but most Baroody-partnered schools do. Please refer back to your school site under the "Policies and Procedures" tab for more details about your school.

  • Each class has a minimum number of students it must hit to run. If the class does not meet this minimum, it will be cancelled. Families will be notified and will be given the opportunity to transfer the paid fees and join another class (or request a full refund).

ON-SITE QUESTIONS:

  • Before each session begins, teachers will receive a list of their students who are participating in enrichment programs and information on where students should be dismissed. We ask teachers to remind all of their students participating. If your school has an Onsite Coordinator, they will be present to assist with children arriving for programs. 

  • Program instructors will dismiss according to their Enrichment Dismissal noted on their registration form. The instructor will walk all after-care students to their location, and then walk the remaining students to the parent pick-up location to be signed out. 

  • Not all schools have a bus following Enrichment programs. Please refer back to your school site under the "Policies and Procedures" tab for more details about your school.

  • If you anticipate being late to pick up your child, please call your On-Site Coordinator or email us at info@baroodycamps.com.

  • If your child will be absent from after school programs, we ask that you notify us at info@baroodycamps.com. Please indicate your school, child's name and program.

  • Not all schools permit snacks to be consumed during Enrichment programs. Please refer back to your school site under the "Policies and Procedures" tab for more details about your school.

  • Please indicate your child’s allergy and treatment at the time of registration.

  •  Click on the class name for more information including the class description, participant grades, price and dates.  Click on "Class Descriptions" to view all class descriptions together.

FINANCIAL AID & SPECIAL NEEDS:

  • Yes! The PTA and Baroody Camps are committed to ensuring that after-school enrichment opportunities are available to all students. Baroody Camps has agreed to offer scholarships for classes at a reduced rate to interested & qualified families.

  • To be considered for financial aid, please indicate your request on the registration form.

  • To qualify for financial aid, a child must be the recipient of a free or reduced lunch certificate. If you do not qualify for financial aid but are experiencing financial hardship, please email us at info@baroodycamps.com.

  • If your child has special needs, please indicate their need on the registration form. We may reach out for additional information regarding how we can support your child.

PAYMENT, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • Class prices vary and are listed for each class on the main season page. For more information, click on the class name on the session tab.

  • We are happy to discuss payment options with families. Please email us at info@baroodycamps.com.

  • Once your registration has been submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation email. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please log in to your account and check your cart. If your registration(s) are still in your account, please enter your payment information and re-submit.

  • Please email us your request at info@baroodycamps.com.

  • We will issue full refunds for cancellations requested before the start of programs. If your child does not enjoy their program for any reason, a request to cancel for a prorated refund may be made to info@baroodycamps.com no later than 48-hours after the second class date. No refunds or credits will be issued after this time.

  • If a class is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify families and will make every effort to schedule a make-up class. If we are unable to reschedule the class, a prorated refund will be issued for the missed class(es).

  • To download a dependent care receipt, log into your account and select the 3-lined box at the top right corner. Select "reports" then "dependent care receipt." Enter the search criteria and view report. Our tax ID is 20-8328473.

  • Family credits can be applied at check-out. If you do not see a credit listed, please email us at info@baroodycamps.com.
